Depression has no exact identity, a person’s laughing out loud, depressed. A person shouting, depressed. A person saying nothing at all, depressed. A person cracking jokes, depressed. A person always on the phone depressed. A person shops a lot, depressed. Every person is dealing with a depression in a way or another. Thought of moving forward or going back seems worthless. Depression is something really dark, it never let a person light up again in the happy way or in anyway. It resides in the soul.

What are the reasons and consequences that made them so depressed and leads them towards death?

“The act or an instance of taking one’s own

life voluntarily and intentionally called as suicide.”

In simple words when a person feels that he has no other choice. He thinks that no one’s want to have them in their lives. He faced lot of stress including society pressure, family pressure inside his brain and then one day all of that pressure burst out and that brain took a decision to ended up life.

In reality, when someone commits suicide in this life, it is not the first time that they have made such an act. They had done so in a past life, and because of that, they continue doing so life after life.

Risk factors:

There are many risk factors i-e mental disorder, depression, autism, personality disorders, stress, financial issues, fear of rejection, breakup, bulling etc.

The World Health Organization WHO states in their report that Globally 800,000 people die from suicide every year – that’s twice the number from homicide. Suicide is one of the leading causes of death in young people means that around 1.4% of global deaths in 2017 were from suicide. And in Pakistan there are more than 13000 people who commits suicide averagely.

Let’s talk about mental health, positive energy, optimism and passion to achieve goals etc., these are the main things a person needs to live life happily. We all talk about that depression is real but why we don’t want to change ourselves? Why we don’t want to spread positivity, Yes, I am talking about we, not only you, its cause of our toxicity, our misbehavior which leads them towards death.

Main causes and their results:

Bullying:Someone who hurts or frightens someone else, often over a period of time, and often forcing them to do something that they do not want to do.

The World Health Organization WHO states in their report that Globally 800,000 people die from suicide every year

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) states that almost 45,000 deaths occur from suicide each year. There are about 100 attempts of suicide to every 1 successful suicide. A little over 14% of students in high school consider suicide and approximately 7% of them attempt suicide

Mocking: Mocking behavior involves laughing at someone or something in an unkind way.

In high school we used to do this without even realizing that this act will may stole their happiness.

Rejection as well as losing your love ones, it can be your spouse, your best friend or any other close relation can make you feel so lonely and this solitude will trigger you towards depression.

GPA Race:

Racing to get first or to finish line of life will leads to stress, anxiety and unhappiness. Explicitly, everyone in life will go through phases of success and failure. No one can constantly maintain success. Failure does not last forever either. During downturns, we tend to take a negative approach towards life and experience unwanted emotions, such as feeling unloved, feeling useless, and letting others down. If matters get worse, one questions the purpose of life and in extreme situations, contemplates suicide.

Rejection as well as losing your love ones

Depression:

Depression has no exact identity, a person’s laughing out loud, depressed. A person shouting, depressed. A person saying nothing at all, depressed. A person cracking jokes, depressed. A person always on the phone depressed. A person shops a lot, depressed. Every person is dealing with a depression in a way or another. Thought of moving forward or going back seems worthless. Depression is something really dark, it never let a person light up again in the happy way or in anyway. It resides in the soul.

No, not everyone can fight it, yet everyone is fighting it in one’s own particular way without knowing. Everyone is fighting depression, but the question arises what for who cannot fight it, ends up taking their own precious life. They do end their life when they cannot take it anymore, they end up because they cannot afford any more chances to their life, they end up because they get fed up of giving chances again and over again, they end up because no one was ever ready to be in one’s shoe and understands what’s going on inside of that mind, they end up because they are DEPRESSED.

We as a society don’t want to live others happily (unintentionally or intentionally) by bulling them, degrading them, making fun of their physical appearance, by shattering their confidence, by just letting them know that you are useless ineffective creatures.

It's completely not okay to attempt suicide, but it's also not ethically, morally corrected to push someone

It’s completely not okay to attempt suicide, but it’s also not ethically, morally corrected to push someone to an extent that makes one takes away his onetime life. No one has intention of making own life as hell, to be very honest no one ever wants that so if someone says he or she is depressed do not, just do not make their selves worthless, do not make them feel the life’s worthless. Listen to them, stay focused, concerned and show them any source of light that you could, try making their life a little worth it. Depression is not a joke; this life is not a joke. Help people fight it, you need help ask for it. Deal with it, make your ways out. There’s always a silver shining. Figure out a perspective, take your time, observe, understand, be strong enough for your own pretty self

My area of concern is that every single life matters no matter what gender  do you have  or a transgender you are… yes it matters a lot, instead of saying that you are fat, you are ugly, you are black, you are unprofessional, you cannot do it. We can say that you are beautiful the way you are, you can do it just pay some more attention dear. Spread peace, spread positivity make things easy for everyone. If you know that someone is facing some issue, then, go and talk to them but do not ask again and again. because if they felt you trustworthy, they will definitely be going to share or else, this gesture will make them more depressed. Your little act of kindness can make their day, your little words of appreciation can bring the motivation back, your little affection can boost up their strengths, exactly in the same way your little harsh words can make someone cry, maybe they lose their mental energy strength to move further……….

This life is not useless, never was, never would be. Don’t give up. Don’t give up. Rise again fight again just do not give up.

Take them out of that depressed bubble. You can ask them to have some coffee together. It is equally important to share this Positive energy with others so they can also raise themselves higher with you. Try to make others happy and don’t despair over all the evil in the world. Instead of cursing the dark, be a little small lamp and share your light
