In a simple way if explained, the concept its generate as any cooperation or sector which is socially responsible, but If I going to explain the whole concept so millions of article could be written down and wouldn’t be enough yet to cover its boundaries .our world is become a global village, social interaction is so advanced and easy with modern technology. We will eventually benefit ourselves and gain long lasting sustainability and success just we have to work mutually and look each other’s needs.

This study  will leads to examine how employees in organizations can play a greater role with CSR practices and the development of employees within their organizations. Different industries survey will be conducted and are described as examples of tangible and effective ways that can be used for successful practices of CSR and its role in employee development which can also contribute to strategic change and business profitability. Suggestions and various options to incorporate employee’s involvement in CSR practices are put forward as well as factors that need to be considered when implementing this approach. At a time CSR is recognized as a vital ingredient for organization success and growth as well as the economic development of country.
