The worst form of child Labor is slavery or trafficking of children, debt bondage, serfdom, Slavery is when one person is owned by and made to work for another person without paying them in return.

SLAVERY:

In this era, more than a quarter of world slaves is children. They are forcefully employed which is social, morally, mentally and physically harmful for them.  Many children have been sold in the name of slavery to collect the debt from their parents and if they are unable to pay the required amount, they are either punished or forced to earn money. Many beggars out there are just a result of slavery which is the worst form of child Labor. This dishonorable act causes loss of reputation.

Despite the fact that many people in the world believe that slavery no longer exists, an estimated five million children are in slavery worldwide.

They may be used in armed forces and child begging.

SERFDOM:   Children are forced to be in a condition of servitude in order to render services to a master. The additional mark of serfdom is the lack of self-liberties that are held by a freedman. The major one is lack of freedom movement. Children cannot move from their master’s place. A serf child can only become a freed kid through escape.

BEGGARY:  Children are intentionally disfigured to attract more money from passers and maybe beaten if not able to collect enough money.  This is the major reason many Children are exposed to drugs, depression and stress.

The children may catch diseases like pneumonia, cough and other illness. Such children are not able to get the education because they have neither money nor energy to go to school and their families rely on the little wages they get from working.

There many kids who work in workshops and mines and give the little money to their parents. Often these kids are not able to fulfil their basic needs and this creates a sense of inferiority in them as they see many children having the lavish lifestyle and extraordinary residences.

DOMESTIC WORK: Children work in houses as sweepers, maids and drivers. They are not given enough money to accomplish their necessities.  In many countries, child domestic work is not only accepted socially and culturally but also is also considered as a positive light and not stigmatized type of work, especially for girls. Social exclusions, lack of education, violence suffered by children in their own homes, displacement, rural-urban migration and the loss of parents due to a conflict or diseases are the basic causes of domestic Labor.
