A food catering business can have a collaboration with few other businesses like a business selling frozen items, selling bakery items, cakes, packing, labeling and printing services and to conclude delivery services. By having this collaborative business, the efforts put in will be less, more customers reach, additional funds at disposal for improved services, variety of foods to offer are few of the benefits to mention.

We all see a lot of small businesses and entrepreneurs around us on daily basis. It includes shopkeepers, street vendors, small manufacturers and home-based businesses etc.

Females are seen cooking and selling food and clothes, skill-based businesses are doing well. When we keep thinking and don’t fit in the small business categories what other options are, we left with? We can solve many community problems with our business ideas and can earn for us as well.

Apart from small scale businesses if we want to be an entrepreneur, we need to partner with already established businesses. People in Pakistan need to normalize partnership ventures as well.We always consider it as a threat to our business profits and consider it a big NO.

It has stopped many intelligent brains to come up with brighter plans to expand and explore beyond just selling products and services.

My emphasis has always been in the services business as it has a lot of margin as compared to product businesses, your satisfaction strengthens the abilities of services business. Few small-scale service providers can collaborate to become a big venture which is considered as an alien thing in our society. The mergers and acquisitions that we hear comes from big giants. E.g. Uber and Careem
