Acceptance Should Be Given To Transgender
Transgender? In the dictionary, it is just a word but unfortunately, society has made this word a Tabbo, a curse. A woman who gives birth to a transgender considers herself ill-fated, she knows that nobody will accept her child and one day she has to leave her child alone in the middle of nowhere. That child faces the harsh society alone and often tries to inquire that what is his fault? That child considers himself damned. That child is confused that why his mother abandoned him? We all know that nature chooses who is going to be a transgender and it’s not the fault of an individual. We all talk about equality even these days we are talking about feminism then why can’t we accept them? Why can’t we give them equal status? Aren’t they a part of our society? Just imagine for one second that your own parents abandon you and you have to face rejection from everyone you do not have anyone with whom you can talk you can share your feelings with what would you do? Will you be able to survive? We all know what happened with transgender in Murree. Eid is an auspicious occasion and everyone has a right to celebrate it. You people are lucky that you have families with whom you can celebrate and enjoy Eid but they do not have anyone. If you can’t accept them then at least do not make problems for them. They are already fighting a battle and they have to fight this battle throughout their life. They are not like us. They feel extremely happy when ALLAH bless us with some kind of happiness and what we give them in return humiliation. Our degrees are of no use if we can’t respect them. Please change your thinking. Let them live. Try to make this world a better place to live. You do not realize that their curse can haunt you throughout your life and transgender can be born in anyone’s house so please be prepared. Let us change this world together and let’s try to accept transgender.
